These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SignalServ platform (“Service”). By using SignalServ, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
SignalServ provides AI-powered call answering, call routing, intake, emergency detection, and lead capture services.
The Service may use automated systems (AI) to interact with callers on your behalf.
2. No Emergency Replacement
SignalServ is not a substitute for 911 or local emergency services.
The AI may detect potential emergencies, but:
AI cannot guarantee accuracy
Emergency interpretation may vary
You are responsible for ensuring proper response protocols
SignalServ does not assume responsibility for emergency outcomes.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information and call instructions
Keep accounts secure
Review call summaries and alerts for accuracy
Maintain backup communication processes (recommended)
Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to your business
SignalServ is not liable for issues caused by user-provided misinformation or incomplete setup.
4. AI Accuracy Limitations
AI may occasionally:
Mishear or misunderstand callers
Record incorrect details
Miss context or nuance
Fail to detect emergencies
By using the Service, you acknowledge these limitations.
You agree that SignalServ is not liable for damages resulting from AI misinterpretation, errors, omissions, or failed detections.
5. Carrier, Network, and Third-Party Limitations
SignalServ is not responsible for:
Telephone carrier outages
Caller ID inaccuracies
VoIP problems
Internet issues on your side
Third-party tool failures (CRM, calendar, SMS platforms)
These are outside our control and do not constitute service failures.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly
No long-term contracts
Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing
No refunds for previously billed periods
7. Data Use & Ownership
You retain ownership of your business information and call scripts.
SignalServ retains rights to improve the AI model using anonymized, aggregated data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalServ is not liable for:
Lost revenue
Missed leads
AI errors or misinterpretations
Incorrect emergency detection
Business losses resulting from communication errors
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for:
Misuse
Failure to pay
Violations of these Terms
You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
